As a Rock Dental patient of many years standing, I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent dental practice. Everyone works as a highly efficient and professional team which is coordinated by Natalie the Practice Manager.
I first met Natalie some years ago when to me as a patient, dental implants were a phenomenon.
Natalie’s detailed explanations, her extensive knowledge of the subject and her expert guidance gave me the confidence to go ahead.
Over the years I have had six dental implants thanks to Natalie’s initial reassurance and superb customer service. Natalie gave me the confidence to go ahead and I can highly recommend implants to anyone who is interested.
Always welcoming and friendly I heartily recommend Rock Dental for excellent service regardless of which branch of dentistry is required.

Thanks so much for a very pleasant visit. I had an appointment with Steve to take an impression for a new denture. He was very friendly and professional. He told me exactly what he was doing and why all the way through the appointment. Kate the nurse was also lovely and very professional. Well done to all the team and thank you.

If you want top class care and professionalism Rock House Dental Practice provides this and more.
Staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The clinical knowledge and experience here is first class. You are involved in all aspects of dental care and time is taken to explain things to you clearly. You are never rushed.
Thank you to the team for looking after my dental care for many years.

Fitted me in very quickly for an emergency appointment when my dentist was ill.
The dentist I saw did a thorough examination to establish problem, including taking an x-ray of the problem tooth. Whilst the x-ray was being uploaded she explained to me what she thought the problem was. When the x-ray came through she posted it on the screen so that I could see what and where the problem was whilst she explained. She prescribed antibiotics and advised me to keep my dental appointment on Tuesday at my usual dentist. Thank you.

Today I had an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. I was seen almost immediately, which was a huge relief.
The whole team was extremely kind, professional, and caring. The dentist took a very personal and compassionate approach, explained everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help in a very stressful situation. I truly felt looked after and treated as an individual, not just another patient.
Despite the pain and stress, the atmosphere was calm and reassuring.
Outstanding service, very helpful staff, and a truly caring approach.
Thank you very much — I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of urgent dental care.

What a pleasant surprise.
A clean and modern practice.
Staff are courteous and procedures are explained fully, along with any available options.
My only negative is ... I wish I had been made aware of the practice much sooner.
