For the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! Seeing Adam at Rockhouse was a game-changer—he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. He fixed my front two teeth, stopping them from wobbling, and the hygienist gave me an incredible clean. This experience was miles apart from my NHS visits and worth every penny!

Having broken my crown on Thursday, 19th December 2025 in the morning , I visited the practice hoping that they could help me, especially near Christmas time! The lady at the reception was most helpful saying that I would be able to see someone within 40 minutes, considering that they had appointments during the day. Aran who saw me was very professional in every way, explaining to me what the cause could be. Having a temporary crown fitted on the same day felt like an early Christmas present. I couldn't thank her enough. A credit to Rock Dental and all the team. I wish them a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

I arrived at this practice as a highly anxious patient. I cannot praise them enough for how good they are with dental anxiety!! The receptionists are friendly and empathetic and all the dentists are talented. Since then I’ve had an extraction and root canals, all practically painless. Always great in an emergency and actually repair the problem and don’t just fob you off with antibiotics. Massive shout out to Simran, who always gets me out of pain and always provides amazing care. As an anxious patient, I can't thank this practice enough. They seem to go above and beyond to put the patient at ease. They show no judgement, but all the staff I encountered were caring and compassionate, right from the minute I rang up and then stepped through the door.Treatment suggestions are gently made, and I received a phone call the morning after my emergency appointment to check how I was. I feel I can trust them, which says a lot. Grateful new patient!

Overall amazing experience from the first phone call with my enquiry being answered polity and professionally to the numerous reminders via text email and phone call (this was a lifesaver and much appreciated) the waiting room is clean and tidy. Then into my appointment now I’m not a fan of dentists but Dr Aron was calming from the moment I walked in explained everything that she was doing and even managed to get me to have a deep clean/ scale and polish (first and last one of these was 14 years somewhere else). I’ve never been happier with the look of my teeth and this is only the first visit.

Natalie kindly introduced me to the practise 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back. The team there have always been totally understanding, professional, friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental treatment!
