I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was perfect — the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout.
The practice itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the team made me feel completely at ease. The level of care and attention to detail was second to none.

After being let down and left in tears by my NHS dentist in an emergency, the Rock dental practice really came to my rescue. What a completely different experience! They were caring, explained everything fully and quickly resolved my predicament. I want to give a very special thank you to Steve , whose skill and expertise with dentures literally and perfectly gave me my smile back. A big thank you too, to Simran who I can fully recommend for extractions, I never felt a thing! And I'd like to give a mention to Faye on reception who is very welcoming and friendly. I can fully recommend the care and expertise I have received at this practice and will be returning.

Had a great experience with Rock Dental! All the staff are so friendly and reassuring, especially when having a tooth extraction recently they were fabulous throughout the process! I'd recommend the Rock Dental to my friends and family!

Had an emergency situation crop up this week . Was seen quickly , problem abscess identified. Options discussed in a unhurried atmosphere and the extraction route I chose was performed expertly so I hardly knew the tooth was out. Brilliant job Anoup - thank you.

A five star experience from start to finish. A service delivered in a professional, empathetic and informative manner. Communication was clear with no confusion, the treatment plan was informative and structured. Staff were professional, helpful and very supportive. I don't think I can think of a downside at this practice and have never been so happy to visit a dentist!

As a Rock Dental patient of many years standing, I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent dental practice. Everyone works as a highly efficient and professional team which is coordinated by Natalie the Practice Manager.
I first met Natalie some years ago when to me as a patient, dental implants were a phenomenon.
Natalie’s detailed explanations, her extensive knowledge of the subject and her expert guidance gave me the confidence to go ahead.
Over the years I have had six dental implants thanks to Natalie’s initial reassurance and superb customer service. Natalie gave me the confidence to go ahead and I can highly recommend implants to anyone who is interested.
Always welcoming and friendly I heartily recommend Rock Dental for excellent service regardless of which branch of dentistry is required.

NHS treatment just wasn’t cutting it. Joined Rock Dental when I hit 30years old and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve done for my health.
Spent a-bit initially to fix and replace some shoddy NHS work (by others) filling replacements and wisdom teeth out. but that alone made me realise how good Rock Dental is.
Dentistry to this team is a passion and an art form. They are pro active on check ups looking ahead for potential issues that may come up and advising how to avoid needing treatment.
Absolutely petrified of the dentists but Rock House was a game changer for me. Should have joined 10 years sooner.

I initially went to Rock House because of the good reviews. I had toothache and was seen quickly, despite the fact that I was not yet a patient. The problem was dealt with and I registered with the practice. The dentists have always been straightforward and honest about what needs doing - and the reverse. I knew I needed work and once this was completed it has just been check-ups and hygienist work. At all times everyone at the practice has been helpful and polite.

I’ve been with Rock Dental for a long time. Today I went for a review of a root canal done last year by Dr Kristlee Fernandes. When it was done I couldn’t believe how painless the whole procedure had been. Kris put me at ease and was very gentle. All went well at today’s review so I know he did an excellent job. The practice is now at its new location (273 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton), which is beautifully appointed, spacious, warm and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
